The 4.6L 292hp Northstar V8 NHP(performance pkg.)generates abundant power when you need it. Creating a formidable union, all of the advanced ride, handling, acceleration and braking systems work synchronously to provide exacting control.

To maximize performance, components, mounts and supports perform in concert, optimally connecting machine to road. Confident control at gigh speeds and effortless low-speed maneuverability are achieved with the speed-sensitive Magnasteer variable assist steering system.

TOTAL COMMAND

STABILITY:
With a broad wheel stance, traction controls, robust stabilizer bars, low spring rates allowing for tight corners through traffic, StabiliTrak, and Brake Assist.
ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL:
Automatically slows you down to maintain your preselected headway distance from preceding vehicles.
INTELLEBEAM:
Helping extend nighttime visibility, IntelliBeam automatically modulates the Xenon high-intensity headlamps between high and low for traffic conditions.
SIDE BLIND ZONE ALERT:
Alternating radar beams to sweep the lanes next to you. If it detects a vehicle entering into your blind spots, a visual alert will appeear in your outside mirror. This feature can be turned on or off by the driver.
LANE DEPARTURE WARNING:
Will alert you audibly/visually if you stray from your lane.
FRONT/REAR ULTRASONIC PARKING ASSIST:
Helps assist with detection of certain stationary objects.
MAGNETIC RIDE CONTROL:
Reading the road up to 1,000 times a second, every inch of the road at 60 mph to adjust damping, the MRC system resolves the inherent conflict between taut handling and a fluid ride.
PROTECTION:
Eight air-bag protection zones - Full head-curtain side, seat mounted thorax side-impact, front dual-stage, front dual-depth.
