Silver Mountain Ski and Summer
Resort has earned a reputation for outstanding snow conditions, a perfect
mix of terrain, uncrowded slopes and top-notch service. Located in Kellogg,
Idaho, a few minutes from Dave Smith Motors, Silver Mountain offers more
than 50 named trails, 1,500 skiable acres and 2,200 vertical feet. The slopes
are back to wind and face north for maximum snow depths.Both skiers and snowboarders are welcome at Silver Mountain. The resort has convenient freeway access, and is served by a scenic ride aboard the world's longest continuous gondola. On-mountain facilities five chairlifts and a surface tow, a guest services department, full service cafeteria, lounge, day care and ski and snowboard school. Silver Mountain's snow conditions are consistently recognized as some of the best in the Northwest. To supplement mother nature, the Resort operates a snow making system. Silver Mountain's base village is located at exit 49 just a quarter-mile off Interstate 90, just 68 freeway miles east of Spokane International Airport, and 40 miles from Coeur d'Alene. 
In the Summer, Silver Mountain is
a popular destination for mountain bikers, and also hosts the Summer Concert
Series under the stars in an outdoor amphitheater atop the mountain. Summer or
