After making an appointment at Lithia Jeep to test drive a Jeep Wrangler and being stood up, I contacted Dave Smith to inquire about a similar vehicle but in the actual color I wanted. I was promptly Contacted by Tiny Winegar who proceeded to give me a no run around price and explained how the invoice would look. The vehicle was held for me until my wife and I could make it to Kellogg Id to test drive it. Upon arrival , both the vehicle and Salesman were actually there and ready for us. The entire process was painless , professionally handled , and saved us about 6k$ from a local dealer. Definitely worth the drive to save a bunch of money on a better equipped vehicle. Dave Smith did the work to get the best price on my trade, and the best deal on my truck. They went the extra mile to have the accessories installed so I could take delivery. They found I had time on the warranty on my trade, and gave me a rebate. They told me it would take 2 hours once I arrived, we took care of much of the deal on the phone, it took an hour and 45 minutes. Great experience all around.

Went up to Dave smith after going to almost every dealer down in cda and post falls. Joey ended up helping us find the perfect 3rd row vehicle and in the color my toddler loves. I loved how he was just up front and honest about the best pricing, and didn't push us into anything. He also was great with our toddlers as well. The financing guy Carlos was also great and gave us all the options and let us choose what we wanted without the added pressure. Overall a great experience and no hassle! Thank you guys!

Had a great experience at Dave Smith Motors. I ordered a truck in August and it finally made it December. My sales guy Chandler Day was excellent when I arrived and moved me through the process rapidly so I could be on the road back home. Chandler was dressed professionally which says a lot about his character. The process went smoothly and there wasn't any car dealership "shanangins" that can typically happen. For the finance side of things I didn't go the typical route of getting a loan so I can't speak to that process. When I did pay and signed the papers I was assisted by Carlos who was very professional and explained things clearly for the average person who doesn't know all the legal mumbo jumbo that exists in these papers. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend. Thanks again to Chandler and Carlos. It was a great drive home!!

I have been working on the phone with Roger Winegar trying to buy a new RAM truck. He explained to me their pricing policy and what I could expect if I bought from him. Their stock is very limited because of the pandemic and Roger did not have what I was looking for. Roger took the time to give me a quote on a 2021 truck that would be built to my exact specifications, knowing that I probably would not be buying it because the the "Employee Pricing for All" discount currently available would not be effective and he is not sure what the new discounts might be on the horizon. If I had not found a 2020 truck in my home state of California that was very close to what I wanted or if it had been sold before I could get to it, I would definitely be buying my truck from Roger Winegar at Dave Smith Motors. WOW!!! As always the best experience! Art Jenkins and Carlos in financing were rockstars. My husband had been looking for a year for the perfect "new rig" so of course Dave Smith was the web sight he was trolling, once again the perfect red truck came up that matches the boat! Great customer communication, easy trade in with a good value for us super fast financing 0% for 84 months! We went from a 2016 red Rebel purchased at Dave Smith to a 2020 red Rebel! My father was a car salesman and always told me never to trust them, so when I decided to buy my first ever brand new car, I asked Ridge to help me (we knew each other for a while from an internet outdoor sports forum). I live in West Virginia, and figured I'd have Ridge help me filter through the lies from the dealers on my side of the country. After a while, I decided to just ask him to be my salesman. I needed someone I could trust. He set me up with an amazing deal, and took care of me the entire way. It was really scary for me. First ever car, almost 3,000 miles away, a lot of money. It was intimidating. I had a Jeep Wrangler ordered from the factory. I drove him crazy with questions non stop, but he never showed it. I asked him for a picture when it got delivered to his dealership; instead he video chatted with me and gave me a personal tour of the entire car. He really makes you feel important. Not to mention, my Jeep is pretty base level, so he isn't making much money from me, but he made me feel like I was buying a fully loaded Hellcat. We flew out, he had a shuttle drive us to him, we finished the deal, and we're currently driving back to the east coast. We had a lot of hiccups along the way including flight issues, lost luggage, etc, and he did everything he could to help us along, even though none of it was due to the dealership. They are a huge dealership, but they make everyone feel like they're the number one priority. It's been a very long and interesting journey, but I'm pretty darn sure that we'll make the same trip next time we invest in another vehicle. I wish we were closer.
