Can you tell me about the features?

Jeep offers the Compass in four trim levels. The Sport model comes with a dual-zone automatic climate control, heated mirrors, Apple and Android smartphone integration, a 7-inch touchscreen, first- and second-row USB ports, and height-adjustable front seats. The upper trims, the Latitude and Limited, come with keyless entry and ignition, roof rails, leather upholstery, rear air vents, remote engine start, a color information display, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, a heated steering wheel, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and heated front seats. The Trailhawk trim sets itself apart from the rest of the lineup with skid plates, additional ground clearance, off-roading tires, and the Selec-Terrain system.

What about the engine?

Every Compass model is powered by the same engine in the 2020 model year. This 2.4-liter Tigershark MultiAir2 4-cylinder engine is capable of pumping out up to 175 pound-feet of torque and 180 horsepower. There are three transmission options for this engine, which one the model is equipped with depends on the trim level and drivetrain configuration. These three options include a 6-speed automatic, 6-speed manual, and a 9-speed automatic. The standard drivetrain configuration is front-wheel drive while four-wheel drive is offered, but the Trailhawk comes with it standard.

What kind of safety features does the Compass come with?

Safety and Security are a top priority for the Jeep brand which is why the Compass offers over 70 features and technologies. High-strength protection in the form of the Compass' high-strength steel body frame helps to maximize crash protection. A suite of airbags acts as an additional layer of protection. Other safety features like the standard ParkView Back Up Camera, available Rear Cross Path Detection System, and parking assistance make parking anywhere a breeze. There are even more safety features like adaptive cruise control with stop and go, blind-spot monitoring, full-speed forward collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.
