I mean these guys put us up in a hotel near by for almost halve the usual rate. Such a good deal we were able to upgrade our room to the junior suite for 2 nights. They even offered free tubing passes to silver mountain during our stay. Glen and the team harvested a safe and comfortable environment for myself and family to make our own decision. I'll never trade or buy another truck from anyone else.

My sales person was Joseph Degravio, a wonderful buying experience. Worked with sales over the phone to hold a vehicle, get it spec’s out like I wanted. Then scheduled a date to pick it up. Drove to the dealer where the truck was waiting for me. The environment is relaxed and friendly, finance and paper work took all of 15 minutes. 45 minutes in and out. I would recommend!

Drove from Williston, ND, to buy my truck here. Ended up getting a different truck than the original one I had eyes on since I wanted certain options due to having multiple service dogs and needing to use my laptop often in my truck. Caleb was my Salesman and was amazing at accommodating my every need, even when we had to change which truck I was buying. Carlos in finance was a magician at working with the lenders to find something that fit in my budget. The entire staff here was amazing, and I am very happy with the truck I got . My dogs love the new "BIG" 2500 I bought and all the space in the backseat for them! Highly recommend this dealership!!!

He was not pushing, he was knowledgeable and had no problem spending the time with us as we drove multiple trucks until we found the right one. He even drove us to lunch and picked us up! I live in Bend, Oregon, which is 7 hours away. Curt took care of everything. He was extremely helpful and didn't feel like your typical car salesman. I felt at ease. The only thing that was difficult was the amount of time the rest of the process took. The cost of the vehicle was far better than I could find anywhere within 500 miles of where I live. Curt worked with me on price, and Dalton took care of the accessories I needed. Dan Winters did a fantastic job of finding me the right truck for my needs at an unbeatable price. I couldn't find any local dealers that could even get reasonably close to his deal. Due to some technical difficulties trading with another dealer Dan had my truck delivered to me saving a 14 hr. round trip drive. This is my 5th vehicle through Dave Smith and have not been disappointed yet!

The rumors were true about Dave Smith Motors. It is a no hassle buying experience. I worked with our sales consultant Taran High to get what we felt was the very best price that we wanted to pay. We drove up to Kellogg from Central Oregon and drove the truck home 3 hours later. We will defiantly start there when looking for our next vehicle.

I was really anxious about going to a dealer again due to past experiences, but when my car gave in I had to.
